Our Story
What do you get when you combine training in science, food and wine with an interest in our local agriculture? That's a great question, and the result is Commoner Cider. Produced from apples grown in Cavan and Orono, pressed in Clarington and fermented and bottled in Peterborough, Commoner is an expression of everything great about our common resources. Even our fermenting sugar is produced in Cavan, from local maple trees.
